How Belle Vie Candle Created a new Packaging process

Belle Vie Candle is a vegan and nontoxic candle that’s praised for a design that’s simple and fits pretty much everyone’s home décor that they want to beautify. The founder Brandy Corley actually started as an online business, creating fun eco-friendly alternatives for candles. Their biggest problem, however, was finding the ideal packaging that actually showed off these wonderful eco-friendly traits. The biggest challenge that they had was making sure that the candles showcased the brand’s aesthetic, while also being a message that they’re protective and ecofriendly, where customers had the best experience possible unboxing their candles, without environmental impacts playing a huge role in it. They had a great idea of what their packaging needed, but the problem was finding the packaging company that would offer this option at a price which wouldn’t break the bank. It was imperative for the company to make sure that they served their customers correctly with these eco-friendly solutions and products. But with the prices getting a lot higher, and greenwashing being a major problem with packing, Belle Vie needed something that would change the way they were able to package items so that it fit the brand and their products. 



Their solution 

They managed to secure a pricing structure and different packaging solutions to ensure that the process was convenient, along with efficient, especially when orders began to get a lot more common in their warehouse. They worked directly with auto bottom boxes to offer the ideal fit for their products at hand.  These boxes didn’t require to be adhered when they’re assembled, offering enough support to hold their heavy candle products.

 

It actually saved them a bunch of money too, and it helped make sure to create a safe and secure experience. The auto lock bottom boxes were simple to use, and the results of this, incredibly effective for customers and users too! The boxes were simple, made with a folding carton material that offers recyclable, eco-friendly options that are perfect for quality printing. They needed a clear vision of the packaging that they needed and worked with specialists to offer a process which was smooth. 

Their head offered a beta version of the design, collaborating with the designers of the packaging to optimally tweak and make the artwork on these boxes the best that it could be for their boxes as well. They managed to come up with a final option after some product changes, sending it to production after that. The biggest challenge that they managed to overcome was the bulk order shipping. Due to the pandemic, this was a bit of a challenge, and auto bottom boxes needed to be shipped flat in order to arise in the right time and in a secure manner.

They managed to run a really successful ecommerce business, offering the ideal interactions that customers could have with the products. They managed to ensure that the attention and care that was put into this would help improve the brand, and the unboxing too. It actually helped boost their revenue quite a bit, improve their reviews by getting more, and offering top-level growth for the business, and it was paired with quirky quotes and branding that the company was looking for.
